I have worked with many people in the field of Academic Technology, and I can say with all sincerity, you are a true creative professional who is not afraid to allow educational objectives to drive the tools and push the edge, whereas others have the tools drive the educational objectives, and see limits, rather than horizons. Where others say no, you say let’s give it a go, and that is how great things happen.

I decided to move away from reliance on a large Moodle provider and set up my own installation. I knew I needed help, so I searched for people online, and interviewed 5. Sarah stood out as exactly what I wanted, with a wide range of skills and experience. She has helped me create courses, enrol and support people, shown me new things to do with Moodle and just generally been proactive and always delivered on time. She is very polite, takes the time to understand what is needed, and just gets on with stuff and makes things happen. So glad to be working with her. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have an educational site, and I bought a faulty app for my site, but of course, I didn’t know it was faulty. Sarah looked through the app, found that it was not creating a database table as it should, found that some of the code was faulty, and she worked with it until it was fixed, and she did a FANTASTIC job! Not even the maker of the app could figure out what the problem was, but Sarah could. One of her main strengths is that she does not easily give up – she works with it until she gets the results she is looking for.
Aside from the technical aspect of working with Sarah, she is also very friendly and kind, easy to communicate with, upbeat, and a hard worker. I hate to be critical, but so many people in her field have a tendency of being a bit flakey when it comes to timelines, but not Sarah. She even tried to work through terrible tooth pain just to get something done, but we told her to stop.
So, she is:
1. Knowledgeable and Experienced…she even trains faculty at a University.
2. Hard-Working and understanding of deadlines and due dates.
3. Friendly, Kind, and really just a Joy to work with.
Can you really ask for anything more? Hire Sarah, and you will be glad that you did.
